Rob has extensive experience in performing investigations, designingperformance improvement systems, designing and improving corrective action programs, designing and running procedure programs, and educating staff.  As a previous owner of these areas, he brings an implementation mentality to consulting. 

He was involved in developing the nuclear industry standards for both human performance and procedures. He has successfully consulted for nearly one hundred companies in various fields including manufacturing, power generation, power transmission and distribution, and numerous Department of Energy sites.

Jack is top nuclear procedure consultant with over 30 years experience in all areas of Procedure programs.  His experience includes multiple roles in Nuclear Operations as an Auxiliary Operator, Reactor Operator and Control Room Supervisor (SRO) and served six years in the U.S. Navy.
 
Jack has extensive experience in developing training programs and materials, designing procedure process systems, designing and improving human factor and human performance tools for procedures, assessing, designing and running procedure programs, and educating management and staff. He has been involved in developing multiple industry standards for human performance, procedures and procedure use and adherence.

He is a principal owners and Vice President of Global Procedure Services, LLC.
