Document Conversion Coordinator


About this position

The Document Conversion Coordinator’s mission is to coordinate procedure digitization projects for ATR’s current and future customers. This highly analytical, attentive individual will be responsible for the migration of Microsoft Word documents into HTML using ATR’s proprietary tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

  1. Communication & Coordination: Clearly articulate and manage flow of complex technical information between ATR team members, free-lance contractors, and outsourced companies. Act as the communication liaison between ATR and the customer on all digitization-related matters, delivery information, tracking sheets, and imported procedure reconciliation.
  2. Digital Transformation: Ongoing evaluation of digitization activity and progress reporting to Customer Support Manager. Support ATR’s project team by creating the necessary tools needed for project tracking. Conduct basic HTML editing, troubleshooting, and testing while escalating anomalies, issues, and bugs to the development team.
  3. Production and Implementation: Assist in the implementation of an agreed upon digitization process and associated deadlines. Bulk export and import of procedures from an internal environment to various customer databases. Evaluation and approval of equipment lists and verifying scripts against the original loads.
  4. Quality Assurance & Quality Control: Conduct testing to ensure quality of exported procedures across multiple servers and locations. Collaborative proofing, reviewing, and approval of workflows within the digitization process to ensure consistent finished content. Ongoing troubleshooting of digitized procedures.
  5. Sales Support: Assist the enterprise sales team in developing and digitizing procedures for demo purposes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Beginner to intermediate HTML skills.
  • Prior experience in the Microsoft Office Suite, and a Microsoft Word superuser.
  • Prior coordination experience required.
  • IT experience is preferred
