Operators have a major impact on production demands and safety. Most production companies invest in technology and automation controls expecting to see great results but are confused when little or nothing changes. Operators are the missing link and they require unique infrastructure and systems to be successful. Your operators are retiring, engineers are in high demand, your production goals and high operating costs are increasing risks that are putting unsafe demands and stress on your entire operation. Your operators require a human centered / operator centered culture change.
